I don't claim to know it all though. Nope, I'm also a science experiment to some extent as I try out new things in an effort to learn what works for me and what doesn't.
One thing you'll find here is some talk about the particular challenges I face as someone with ADHD who is striving to maintain as healthy a lifestyle as humanly possible. ADHD is really a problem with impulse control, so I get to lump that into all the other distractions we deal with day to day.
